Sorry I haven't posted any this summer! There hasn't been much to talk about. In Auburn, the coaches have really been focusing on 2009 recruiting. As of just the other day, Auburn picked up their 19th commitment for next years recruiting class. At the moment, this is definitely the top in the SEC. Auburn is blowing away it's fellow conference foes. The closest team to them is LSU with a total of 13 commitments. Alabama and their great recruiting staff is really looking good compared to their in-state rival. They have a whopping 8 commitments at this point. It looks as though Auburn is tied for 3rd in the country as far as quantity goes. Ohio St. has the most with 24, 2nd is Texas A&M with 20, and then Auburn and Texas with 19. Hopefully, Auburn's coaching staff will keep up the good work. If this is any indication on how next recruiting season will end, the future is looking bright!
